Power sprinkles. That's what my 3 year old daughter calls my eyeshadow, when she notices me wearing it. There was a time during work from home in the pandemic when I thought I'd never wear makeup (or heels, for that matter) ever again. But I always have enjoyed a bit of a silver glitter eye (how very Millennial of me!) The daily ritual of getting ready in this way helps me step into my power. Many women do refer to makeup as warpaint, for good reason. I loved her turn of phrase. Power Sprinkles. It's just so apt, isn't it?

A high-fashion editorial featuring a model wearing avant-garde outfits made entirely from diverse mushrooms. The designs incorporate oyster mushroom bodices, enoki and chanterelle skirts, turkey tail jewelry, and fly agaric hats. The setting is a misty, enchanted forest with mossy logs, glowing fungi, and golden-hour light filtering through the canopy. Bioluminescent accents illuminate the outfit, blending fantasy and realism.

These digital illustrations exude a serene, coastal charm, blending retro nostalgia with modern minimalism. The art style features bold, simplified silhouettes and a textured, screen-printed feel, using a harmonious palette of ocean blues, sandy neutrals, and coral accents. Rooted in nature and marine motifs, the designs are playful yet sophisticated, evoking the tranquility of seaside living.
Naluka is a serene and sophisticated collection of wetsuits tailored for female surf enthusiasts & ocean lovers. In the lead up to the brand's launch, I conceived of a series of on-brand social media images to help build the brand's aesthetic and online presence.
